Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any product is damaged during transportation or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and try to find a solution. It is really important to have evidence of any potential issues by taking good pictures that can prove the inconvenience. 

If we see the pictures and confirm your rights to have received a damaged product that cannot be eater or drunk, we will consider a partial or full refund depending on the situation. Rest ensured that we will always try to support you in the most professional manner.
