Widespread in western Sicily, the Cerasuola cultivar produces an oil rich in Oleic Acid and antioxidants such as Polyphenols. On the scent notes of wild spices such as oregano and rosemary, on the palate the sweetness of tomato and accompanied by a pleasant note of fruity olive. Excellent raw and for the preparation of roast meats.
