The production altitude combined with the volcanic soil gives this fine oil aromatic notes unique in Sicily. In its intense aroma you can perceive a set of typical Etna odors such as codindia and pistachio, on the palate the ripe tomato prevails accompanied by a pleasant note of fresh grass. Excellent raw and on marinated fish.
