Classic Sicilian Christmas oven-baked cake called "Panettone Tradizionale" and made from natural leavening with the addition of raisins and candied fruits. 

Ingredients: 

• Raisins "6 crowns
• Sugar
• Egg yolk
• Butter
• Milk
• Salt
• Wheat flour 
• Malted Wheat flour 
• Natural yeast from soft wheat flour type "0"
• Natural aroma vanilla, lemon, orange
• Candied citrus fruits (orange/cedar, water,sugar)

Can contain traces of soy and nuts.
