• Wheat flour 
• Malted Wheat flour 
• Natural yeast from soft wheat flour type "0"
• Natural aroma vanilla, lemon, orange
• Almonds
• White chocolate topping (chocolate butter, powdered milk) 
• Raisins
• Pistachios grain 
• Candied capers (capers, water, sugar, malvasia)
